Have you ever wondered when art began?
According to the latest paleo-archeological information, the oldest art was created by humans during the prehistoric Stone Age, between 300,000 and 700,000 years ago. We will be looking at all the eras in the future but until then here is a chronological summary of major movements, styles, periods and artists that have contributed to the evolution and development of visual art.
